The 3-Dimensional Psychological Intervention Strategy (3-DPIS)

The Three-Dimensional Psychological Intervention Strategy (3-DPIS) theory by Chioma I. Igboegwu was inspired by several years of psychological research  in prisons, shelters of victims of human trafficking and local communities of distressed women, children and youths, as well as research on post-traumatic stress disorder and depression in active-duty police personnel, military personnel and veterans. The 3-DPIS Model provides information for the bridging of judgement/action gap in security and development strategies at the local community, state, national and international levels of governance.
